- technically a 1.5 room apartment, but you can move two sliding doors/sliding walls to partition off areas of the apartment as required (see apartment plan, last photo in ad).
- 3rd floor with a view to the west: beautiful sunsets in the evening!

- Shared laundry room right next to the apartment. The flats are extremely insulated, you never hear anything from the laundry room - so I could also always listen to loud music and nobody would complain.
- Smart control for lights and blinds: I had pre-programmed the blinds to go up in the morning so that I am woken up by sunlight and use the app to turn off all the lights if I'm already in bed and don't want to get up again.
- Minergie building with central ventilation: so it was pleasantly cool in summer!

- technisch gesehen eine 1.5 Zimmer Wohnung, aber man kann zwei Schiebewände verschieben, um Bereiche der Wohnung abzugrenzen (siehe Wohnungsplan, letztes Foto im Inserat).
